How it works

  1. When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link.
  2. Use the tracker above any time with your order number and email.
  3. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll usually receive tracking within 2 business days of ordering.

Haven't received tracking?

If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't seen a tracking email (do check your spam folder), email us at support@itslumera.com and we'll sort it out right away.
