Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

United States — Standard Shipping Free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

United States — Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@itslumera.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
